10 Steps for Personal Peace

Here are ten tips to come back into alignment:

  • Don’t bury your head in the sand. When you experience something that doesn’t feel good, allow yourself to be in it and then move through the process.
  • You have tools – use them. Be it affirmations, prayer, getting out in nature, yoga, dance or whatever. Use these tools at this time.
  • Step away from drama, be it social media or people who bring you in a downward spiral.
  • Release the fear. When you are in the vibration of fear, you will attract more fear.
  • Take your power back. Nobody can take your power without your permission.
  • Come back into your heart. Close your eyes, put your hand on your heart and think about people you love and the things you are grateful for.
  • Wake up. Rise up. You have been asked to step into your light.
  • Acceptance. What is, is.
  • Trust and know that everything is happening for the Highest Good.
  • You are a powerful manifestor. Set your intention. Raise your vibration.
