Consultations include the following elements:

  • A short interview and quick tour of the premises;
  • Walking the grounds outside your business to analyze the surroundings;
  • Determining the orientation of the building;
  • Taking exact magnetic compass readings;
  • Determining the best directions for occupants;
  • Walking through your business to review the interior and ensure that the floor plan is correct;
  • Reviewing and analyzing the findings based on Classical Feng Shui principles;
  • Explaining findings and providing recommendations.

  • You will need to provide the following elements:

  • A detailed floor plan drawn to scale showing all doors and windows. The plan should be no larger than 11" x 17", 8.5” x 11” is preferred. If you do not have a floor plan, allow extra time for one to be drawn during your appointment.
  • The year of the building’s construction and the years of any major reconstruction or additions. The accuracy of these dates is crucial to ensure that you are advised with appropriate elemental Feng Shui remedies. To find the year of construction, first check your deed or ask your realtor or landlord. The best sources to identify the year of construction include your county property tax assessor’s office, city building permit office, or a real estate title company’s customer service department.
  • The birth dates of the building’s permanent occupants and your management team.
  • The completed questionnaire.

    Rates & Details

    Initial Consultations are  $325 USD  per hour with a two-hour minimum.

    Follow Up Consultations are  $250 USD  per hour with a one-hour minimum. A one-hour follow up is suggested three to six months following your initial consultation to chart your success and enhance your continued progress.

    Annual Updates are a flat fee of  $125 USD  for full report and a thirty-minute phone consultation. Annual Updates are available for existing clients only. Visiting energies change each year on February 4th, and these will affect the recommendations given in a Feng Shui consultation. We recommend contacting us as early as November or December to schedule your report to have all your remedies ready for the New Year.

    Pre-Purchase Reviews of a Potential Business Building are  $200 USD  for the first building analysis and $100 USD for each subsequent building analysis. Purchasing real estate may be one of a business’s largest investments; why leave it to chance? A Pre-Purchase Review provides an overall compatibility chart of the building based on Classical Feng Shui principles and will help you to make an educated decision.

    If an appointment requires travel more than 20 minutes outside of San Diego, travel time after the first 20 minutes needs to be compensated at a rate of  $75 USD  per hour. Out-of-town consultations require a deposit, and in addition to normal consultation fees, travel expenses such as an airline ticket, rental car, and/or hotel room shall be the client’s responsibility and shall be paid in advance, or a flat rate per day may be determined.

    Payments may be made by cash, check, or money order, or for your convenience, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted online.
